摘要
利用花粉管通道法将抗虫质粒DNA导入受体红麻品种福红952,在受体品种中获得Bt抗虫目的基因的表达.分别用PCR和Southern杂交技术,对所转化的红麻转基因4个世代的株系进行分子验证,结果表明:4个世代中都检测到B t抗虫目的基因片段,说明外源基因已经整合到红麻的基因组中并获得了稳定遗传.
The insect-resistant plasmid (Bt-gene) DNA was introduced into the receptor of kenaf variety Fuhong 952 via pollen-tube pathway, the target gene was detected in 4 generations of kenaf using PCR and Southern blot respectively. The results indicated that the Bt insect-resistant gene fragment had been integrated into the genome of kenaf, and the exogenous gene could inherit stably in the progeny.
