摘要
根据鞋楦的测量与加工原理,提出一种新的测量数据还原技术。介绍了数字刀片的概念,从空间解析几何的角度出发,推导出铣刀旋转包络面的空间方程;根据仿形加工的思想提出应用数值切割技术进行数据还原的工作原理,并将其应用到鞋楦测量数据的还原工作中,得到鞋楦CAD软件中鞋楦离散模型,并给出特例的精度分析。
According to the measurement and machining of shoe last, a new measurement data conversion technology was presented. The concepts of numerical blade and numerical cutting method were introduced. With spatial analytic geometry, the spatial equation of wrap surface of a rotary milling cutter was carried out. According to the principle of profile modeling-manufacturing technique, the numerical cutting technique was used to obtain the original data of the shoe last. And the original discrete model of shoe last was successfully displayed in a CAD software. The error of the method was analyzed for some given cases.
