摘要
分析我国纺织服装业对外直接投资拓展不利的主要原因,并从优先发展、侧重鼓励和补贴中小民营纺织企业寻求国外市场与资源、实行税收优惠和提供管理咨询服务等方面提出促进纺织服装企业对外直接投资的对策与建议.
The main causes of the unsuccessful expanse of China＇s foreign direct investment of textiles and garment industry are analysed, in order to impel the textiles enterprises to invest abroad, such countermeasures and suggestions are put forward as granting priority development, giving encouragement and subsidies mainly, to middle and small local-people-owned enterprises ＂going abroad＂, imposing tax preference, providing management consultation services.
