摘要
目的研究加味小柴胡汤对醋氨酚所致肝损伤的保护作用。方法以醋氨酚致肝损伤动物为模型,观察小鼠脂质过氧化物(LPO)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-6(IL-6)及肝组织的病理学检查,探讨加味小柴胡汤保护肝损伤的作用和机理。结果加味小柴胡汤能降低小鼠LPO,IL-6,升高GSH,IL-2水平,改善肝组织病变。结论加味小柴胡汤对醋氨酚所致肝损伤有明显的保护作用,其机制可能与抗氧化及免疫调节有关。
Objective To study the protective effect of Modified minor Radix Bupleuri Decoction on hepatic injury induced by Paracetamol. Methods With hepatic injury animal model, we observed LPO, GSH, IL - 2, IL - 6,liver histopathology of mice to investigate the effect and mechanism of modofied minor Radix Bupleuri Decoction on hepatic injury caused by paracetamol. Results Modified Minor Radix Bupleuri Decoction could depress levels of LPO and IL - 6, and increase the levels of GSH and IL - 2, ameliorate pathological changes of hepatic tissue. Conclusion Modified Minor Radix Bupleuri Decoction has obvious protective effect on hepatic injury caused by paracetamol. Its mechanism maybe concerned with antioxidation and immunomodulation.
