摘要
对某"三甲"医院门急诊退药情况进行统计分析,找出原因和处理方法。结果表明,引起患者退药有药品不良反应、不合理用药、患者拒绝用药等6方面原因。建议医师在开药前详细询问患者病史和药物过敏史,以减少不良反应的发生。同时加强合理用药宣传,提高医务人员的业务素质,加强门急诊退药管理,以减少退药的发生。
To seek the cause jointly handling method to a three A hospital, we have carried out statistic analysis of 716 cases of outpatients returning medicine. Results indicated causes in six aspects such as adverse reaction of medicines and unreasonable drug use and refusing to use medicine. We suggest that doctors should ask about patient medical history and the history of drug allergy before prescribing in order to out down bad reaction. Mean while we will reinforce propagating knowledge of rational drug use and improve medical personnel professional competence and reinforce returning medicine management to fall off returning medicine.
