摘要
本文采用液膜去除回收水中Cr(Ⅵ)。对膜溶剂、载体、稳定剂的种类及用量进行了优选。用优选出的膜配方制成乳液处理含Cr(Ⅵ)水样,对制膜速度及时间、混合速度及时间、内外水相pH、膜内比及乳水比等操作条件对Cr(Ⅵ)去除率的影响进行了研究。
In this paper, removal and recovery of Cr(Ⅵ) with emulsion liquid membrane are described. Components of liquid membrane, including membrane solvent, carrier and surfactant, are optimized. The effects of some factors such as pH of internal and extraneous phase, dose of carrier, the time and stirring vilocity of emulsion-causing and of mixing emulsion and extranous phase, the ratio of membrane phase to internal phase, the ratio of emulsion to extranous phase, on the results of removing Cr(Ⅵ) are tested. The results indicate that the removal rate of Cr(Ⅵ) is over 95%.
