摘要
医患关系紧张的原因是多方面的,既有政府卫生投入减少、医保覆盖面小的原因,也有公立医院公益性淡化的原因。多数医疗纠纷源于医患双方缺乏诚信,以自我为中心,过分强调经济利益,缺少人文关怀。和谐医患关系的基础是医疗服务价值理念的公正合理,它要求以"以人为本"作为价值取向,以"规范监管"作为制度保障。以制度伦理建设为契机,辅以正确的激励手段,可以引导医务人员的价值选择和行为规范,重构医疗秩序。
There are many factors contributing to the strained relation between doctors and patients. The government reduces investment into medical field, the medical insurance coverage shrinks and welfare sense in state - run medical organizations decreases. Most medical disputes derive from the lack of trust between doctors and patients because doctors focus on medical procedures and ignore humane care to patients. The base of harmonious relation between doctors and pa- tients is the justified idea of medical service value, which takes "people - orientated" as value orientation, and "standardized supervision and management" as the system guarantee. Putting the ethical system construction as the turning point supplemented by motivating measures can direct the choice of value and behavior criterion of medical workers so as to reengineer medical order.
