光叶楮韧皮纤维生物制浆菌种的选育 被引量:1

Screening of complex-enzyme-producing strains on Broussonetia papyrifera white bast fiber

摘要 从光叶楮韧皮沤液中分离出16株产复合酶的菌株。通过初筛和复筛得到3株高产复合酶菌株。其中生长速度快并且产果胶酶、木聚糖酶活力高的8号菌株被确定为生物制浆用菌种,经鉴定为枯草芽孢杆菌。该菌生长最适pH值为6.5,最适培养温度为30℃。最适制浆条件为料液比1:20.pH7.0,温度35℃,最佳碳源为玉米粉,最佳氮源为尿素,接种量4%。研究表明,采用8号菌制浆周期比对照缩短约36%。 Sixteen complex complex-enzyme-producing strains were isolated from the water of flax retting Broussonetia papyrifera. Three strains among the 16 strains with high yield of complex enzymes were obtained through first and second screen. The superior strain No. 8 which grew faster and yielded pectinase and xylanase was selected as strains of bio-pulping. Its optimal condition for growth was pH 6.5 and 30℃. The optimal conditions for pulping were: liquor ratio 1:20, pH 7.0 and 35℃, corn powder as the optimal carbon source, urea as the optimal nitrogen source and inoculation 4%. The results demonstrate that the pulping period could be shortened about36 % by using strain No. 8.
