摘要
通过对波纹钢腹板预应力混凝土箱梁10 m模型试验梁的设计及制作,介绍该类型箱梁的制作过程,试验梁成型后对其进行加载试验,用试验结果分析波纹钢腹板预应力混凝土箱梁的弯曲受力性能,结果表明:在弹性范围内,箱梁挠度值与荷载增长呈线性关系;采用带孔嵌入型连接的腹板与上下混凝土翼缘板的连接效果较好;翼板之间的变形符合平截面假定;集中荷载作用下,箱梁呈现典型的剪力滞效应;弯矩主要由顶板与底板承担,腹板只承受剪力。同时,研究成果能为下一步的工程应用提供参考依据和实践经验。
Through design and construction of the 10 m long test model of the prestressed concrete box girder with corrugated steel webs, we know how to manufacture this type of girders. After moulding, loading tests are made and the test results are used to analyze bending stressing of the prestressed concrete box girder with corrugated steel webs. The conclusions are as follows: In the elastic range, the deflection values and load rising exhibit linear relationship; embedded corrugated steel webs with holes are better in connecting concrete flange plates than webs with bolts; distortion between flange plates accord with plane assumption; the typical shear lag effect is seen under concentrated loads; the bending moments are mainly borne by top and bottom concrete slabs and the shear forces are borne by corrugated steel webs. The research provides important reference and experience in engineering practice.
