摘要
将废聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(PSF)溶于醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)中,通过乳液聚合,制备了聚醋酸乙烯酯(PVAc)/废聚苯乙烯(PSF)乳液。整个过程没有2次污染。讨论了PSF溶解方式、反应时间对反应的影响。结果表明,PSF的溶解方式对VAc的转化率和产品的性能基本上没有影响,反应时间的延长可以提高乳液的黏度。分析了核壳结构产物的生成机理,扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析表明,产物为纺锤状核壳乳液。
Waste polystyrene foam plastic(PSF) was dissolved in vinyl acetate and the PVAc/PSF emulsion was prepared through emulsion polymerization. The whole process doesn't cause any secondary pollutants. The influence of dissolution process and react time on reaction was discussed, the experimental results showed that dissolution process has no effect on fractional conversion of vinyl acetate and properties of the product, the extension of react time can increase the viscosity of the emulsion. The forming mechanism of core-shell structured product was discussed. The structure of PVAc/PSF emulsion was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) , SEM observations suggested that the product is spndle-like core-shell particle emulsion.
