摘要
分析了电压无功控制(VQC)原理,针对电压、无功的各种运行控制区域,给出了相应调节策略,提出了一种基于专家系统的变电站电压无功控制的设计方案。以变电站的一条母线作为一个VQC对象,利用实时数据、历史数据、充分的控制策略表,实现了电压无功的自动控制。实践表明,基于此方案的电压无功控制适用于电力系统各种电压等级的变电站,对复杂接线的变电站尤为适合。
The principle of substation's voltage and reactive power controller (VQC) was analyzed. The regulating policy on different control zone of voltage and reactive power was provided. A design for substation's voltage and reactive power control based on expert system was proposed. By fully using the real time and historical data, abundant strategies for voltage and reactive power control, the automatic control of the voltage and reactive power has been realized. The method regarded one bus as one object of VQC. The scheme proposed has been verified in the practical project and the results show that the design can be applied to vary voltage levels transformer stations, particularly be suited to the station with complicated wiring.
