摘要
司隶校尉是汉代国家的监察官,监察权是其主要的基本权力。司隶校尉的监察权涉及监察对象、监察内容、监察地域、监察权行使的保障以及在权力行使上与其他监察官员的关系等问题。对此进行探讨乃是汉代司隶校尉权限研究的第一步,也是关键的一步。
As the offical supervisor of the Han Dynasty, Silijiaowei＇s main right is the supervisory right. The right of supervision involves the supervisory object, the supervisory content, the supervisory region, the supervisory safeguard as well as with other supervisors＇relations and other related questions. This discussion is the first step on Silijiaowei＇s jurisdiction in Han Dynasty, and also is the essential step.
