摘要
介绍了00Cr22Ni5Mo3N双相不锈钢的性能特点,采用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱分析法(EDS)研究了该钢固溶油冷后的组织和各析出相的性能,分析了该钢离子渗氮层的组织。试验表明,该不锈钢在固溶处理时必须快速冷却,并在低于600℃时效。提出了降低离子渗氮层脆性的措施。
Properties of the dual-phase stainless steel 00Cr22Ni5Mo3N were introduced. Microstructures and properties of the precipitated phases in the 00Cr22NiSMo3N steel after solution treating(oil cooling) as well as structures in the ion-nitreded case of the steel were studied by means of SEM and EDS. The test results have revealed that this stainless steel have to be quickly cooled when it is sotulion treated and subsequently be aged at the tempera- ture lower than 600℃. Meanwhile, the methods to decrease brittleness of ion-nitrided case of the steel have been put forward.
