摘要
对２６７例慢性肾衰患者经过长期的系统观察和对照研究（３月～６月），探讨了中药口服，保留灌肠，静脉滴注３法并用能延缓慢性肾衰病程进展的远期疗效。结果：根据肌酐倒数与时间（月）关系的直线回归分析显示，３联组的直线斜率（ｂ值）明显高于口服中药组，表明３法并用能有效地延缓慢性肾衰病程的进展，并改善其临床症状，提高生活质量。
Based upon previous clinical and experimental studies this paper declares a contrastive study on 267 cases of Chronic Renal Failure(CRF) hospitalized by Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 1990 to 1996.It reports the clinical observations of long-term effects ofretarding the pathological progress of CRF by the multiple therapy which integrats diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patients' condition.retention enema using traditional Chinese hurbs with intravenous duipping of Mailuoning and analyzes its possible mechanism.
