摘要
利用Matlab软件强大的数值计算功能,根据有限元及有限差分的思想,将瞬态温度场转化为很小时间步内的准稳态分析,对钛合金TC4搅拌摩擦焊的温度场进行模拟,模拟结果基本符合实际情况。
Based on the finite element and finite difference method, the transient temperature field is translated to quasi-static-state temperature field with very short steps of time, and the temperature distribution of friction stir welding of TC4 alloy is simulated by means of Matlab software. The simulating result is proved in accordance with the actual site situation.
