摘要
通过力学性能、疲劳磨损及腐蚀磨损性能测试以及金相组织观察,研究了铬含量对低碳高铬铸铁性能的影响。结果表明,随着含铬量的增加冲击韧度降低;硬度随着含铬量的增加,先上升,而后降低;疲劳磨损率在w(Cr)≤27.5%时较低;腐蚀磨损率在w(Cr)=17.5%~27.5%时较低;w(Cr)=17.5%时低碳高铬铸铁的综合性能最好。
The effects of chromium content on properties of low carbon high chromium cast iron were studied through mechanical properties, fatigue and corrosion abrasion resistance test, metallographic structure analysis. The experimental results show that, with the increase of chromium content, the impact toughness decreases, the hardness increases at first, then decreases; the fatigue abrasion and corrosion abrasion rate is lower when the chromium content is under 27.5% and between 17.5%-27.5%, respectively. The low carbon high chromium cast iron with the chromium content of 17.5% shows the best integrative properties.
