摘要
对某金属药筒紧口中遇到的紧口部位损伤问题进行了认真剖析,找到了紧口机刹车板存在的缺陷是导致药筒紧口部位损伤问题发生的根本原因,采用了将离合器四块刹车板加工成两阶梯槽并配装衬簧,以及将石棉刹车带镶铆在刹车板上的方法解决了紧口部位损伤问题,收到了明显效果。
The existing problem of the scathing of metal cartridge case during port - tightening was analyzed. It was found the defect of the brake plate was the fundamental cause. In order to solve such problem that four brake plate clutches were machined into two step slots, and provided with bushing spring besides; and an asbestos brake ribbon was riveted into the brake plate. The result were remarkable.
