摘要
本论文针对某地金尾矿中SiO2含量较高的特点,利用选矿的方法对其中SiO2进行有效回收提纯。试验结果表明,采用分级脱泥-强磁-浮选-酸浸选别工艺,取得了SiO298.12%、Al2O30.75%、Fe2O30.07%、回收率为58.77%的精制石英砂,该工艺不但充分利用了矿产资源,而且可获得显著的经济效益。
The paper studies purification the quartzite of gold tailing by mineral processing according to substance of gold tailings with SiO2≥84. 5%. The experimental results show that the high-purity quartzite product containing SiO298. 12%, Al2O30.75%, Fe2O30. 07% and recovery of 58. 77% can be obtained by classification separation highly intensive magnetic separation-flotation separation-acid leaching. This technology not only fully makes use of mineral resources, but also obtains considerably economic benefit.
