摘要
研究了超声波对电解质溶液、小分子溶液、大分子溶液性质的影响规律。结果表明:(1)对于氯化钠,碳酸钠电解质溶液,其表面张力及粘度随超声波作用时间的延长而减小,电导率随超声作用时间的增加而变大;超声功率越大,或者超声频率越低,表面张力下降越快。(2)对于葡萄糖和蔗糖小分子溶液,其表面张力及粘度随超声波作用时间的延长而减小,在超声波作用初期,其减小速度较快。(3)对于淀粉大分子溶液,其表面张力及粘度随超声波作用时间的延长而减小,静置24h后测其表面张力,下降较快,但其粘度不变,为一定值。
The influences of ultrasonic wave on properties of some solutions were investigated in this paper. The results showed that (1) the electrolyte solution such as the sodium chloride and the sodium carbonate, their surface tension and viscosity reduce along with the supersonic radiation time. The electrical conductivity of sodium chloride and the sodium carbonate changes in a big way along with the supersonic radiation time. The surface tension drops quickly when supersonic power is bigger or supersonic frequency is lower. (2) The small molecular solution such as the glucose and the sucrose, heir surface tension and viscosity reduce along with the supersonic radiation time and changes quicker when in the supersonic radiation initial period. (3) The macro-molecule solution such as the starch, its surface tension and viscosity reduce along with the supersonic radiation time. The surface tension of starch drops quickly and its viscosity is invariable after settling for 24 hours.
