摘要
南京师范大学是我国第一所开设小学教育本科专业的高等院校,在建设该专业近十年的历程中,既积累了丰富经验,也取得了丰硕成果。本文在总结和概括这些经验与成果基础上,指出了其未来发展的方向与目标:(1)进一步拓宽专业建设内涵,适度充实专业方向;(2)根据实际需要,进一步调整专业培养目标;(3)根据培养目标的定位,进一步优化课程结构及课程内容;(4)依据学科发展适时修订或重新制订各学科教学大纲;(5)充分发挥相对稳定和开放相结合的师资队伍的整体效应;(6)探讨全新的小学教育专业建设的"建设与管理"机制;(7)在"研究的层面"上推进教育教学改革,培养学生的实践和研究能力。
Of all universities in China, Naning Normal University is the first who offers a 4 - year program of primary school education. During 10 years of program construction, rich experience and fruitful achievements have been obtained, from which lessons can be learned for the future prospects. In this article, the authors have firsdy summarized the basic lessons. And then the authors have pointed out the goals for the future construction： （1） widening the program construction; （2） adjusting the program training goals; （3） bettering the curriculum; （4） rewriting the teaching syllabuses; （5） making a full use of the faculties; （6） establishment of a mechanism to promote and monitor the program construction; （7） cultivating the majors by training their ability of practice and doing research work.
