摘要
采用同时蒸馏萃取法及气相色谱-质谱法对AB6香精中挥发性成分进行了提取分离与测定。定性了15种成分,占总成分的80.5%(截除溶剂峰),其中4种主要组分在10个不同批次样品中含量的相对标准偏差分别为3.9%,6.1%,5.7%和2.2%,由此构成合格样品库,并采用主成分投影分析法有效地区分了掺有溶剂的AB6香精与AB6香精的合格样品,随着溶剂量的增加它们之间的距离越远,同时,不同品种的香精样品之间也具有显著的差异。气相色谱-质谱法分析和主成分投影分析法可用于香精的质量控制。
Volatile components in essence AB6 were separated by the method of simultaneous distillation and extraction, and determined by GC-MS. Fifteen components, amounting to 80.5% of the total (solvent peaks eliminated) were identified, among which 4 main components were determined in samples taken from 10 different batches of products, giving values of RSD's in the range of 2.2% to 6.1%. A database of qualified sample was established based on the experimental data obtained. Qualified samples of AB6 essence were effectively differentiated from samples of AB6 essence admixed with solvents by applying the principle component projection analysis. More the solvents admixed, the more will be the distance to keep them apart. In the mean time, remarkable differences were also observed among different kinds of essence. It was proved that quality control of essence used in cigarette manufacturing could be achieved by the application of GC-MS analysis as well as the principle component projection analysis.
