摘要
应用DTOPSIS法,根据平均单果重、仁重、可溶性固形物、总糖、维生素C、水不溶性固形物、脂肪、蛋白质、可食率、出仁率、肉干鲜比、核重、总酸14个指标,从商品性的角度出发,对新疆主栽的10个油杏品种进行了综合评价。结果表明,赛买提杏值最高(0.69),综合评价最好,居第一位;莎车洪待克值最低(0.27),综合评价居最后一位。各品种综合评价排序为:赛买提杏>阿克达拉孜>佳娜丽>乔尔胖>库买提>皮乃孜>阿克牙格勒克>卡拉阿藏>索格佳娜丽>莎车洪待克。综合评价结果与生产实践中各品种实际表现相一致。用DTOPSIS法对杏品种进行综合评价,比用单一性状(如单果重、可溶性固形物含量)进行方差分析更为合理,并就此法在杏品种综合评价中应注意的有关问题进行了探讨。
The method of DTOPSIS was used to integrately evaluate Xinjiang apricot varieties by fruit weight, stone weight,content of total sugar etcs. The results showed that the value of Saimaiti is the highest,which occupies the first places ; the value of Shachehongdaike is the smallest, which occupies the final places. The order of comprehengsive judgement for all varieties is Saimaiti〉Akedalazi〉Jianali〉Qiaoerpang〉Kumaiti〉Pinaizi〉Akeyageleke〉Kalazang〉 Suogejianali 〉Shacehongdaike. The comprehengsive judgement results of all varieties is consistent with the actual behaviour in producing practice. DTOPSIS was more reasonable for evaluating apricot varieties than only yield single property analysis. And luther application of the integrated evaluation of apricot varieties with the method of DTOPSIS was discussed.
