摘要
将Wister雄性大白鼠70只,随机分成5组(3个处理组,阴性、阳性对照组),处理组和阴性对照组分别按每千克体重225.5、111.5、55.625、0 mg腹腔注射阿特拉津,阳性对照组按每千克体重0.5 mg腹腔注射苯甲酸雌二醇,并于注射后30 d、60 d和90 d采样测定大鼠血清中睾酮的含量。高剂量组30 d、60 d和90 d分别为137.63±73.45、762.66±449.84和89.39±47.15;中剂量组30 d、60 d和90 d血清中睾酮的的含量分别为355.44±507.32、303.87±101.26和171.51±122.51;低剂量组分别为363.54±86.70、94.84±121.22和98.30±51.94。低剂量阿特拉津作用组,大鼠血清睾酮水平3次测得数据呈现一定的下降趋势,而中剂量组3次测得数据呈现递降趋势,高剂量组则在60 d采样时出现睾酮分泌高峰,且30 d和90 d时睾酮水平很接近。各剂量组阿特拉津对大鼠血清睾酮的含量水平均有影响,且30 d时存在时效关系。
The researching effect of herbicide Atrazine on the concentration of serum testosterone in maleness rats lays a foundation approaching other environment estrogenic hormone. 70 Wister rats were randomly divided into 5 groups(3 for treatments, negative and positive control), each treatment group and negative control was injected Atrazine in intraperitoneal in the amount of 222.5 mg · kg^-1·BW, 111.5 mg · kg^-1·BW,55. 625 mg · kg^-1·BW,0 mg · kg^-1·BW respectively. Positive control was injected benzestrofol in intraperitoneal in the amount of 0.5 mg · kg^-1·BW. The concentration of serum testosterone in male rats were assayed at the 30 th, 60 th and 90 th day after giving drug. Experimental result showed that high-dose group in serum testosterone in 30th day , 60th day and 90th day were 137.63±73.45, 762.66±449.84 and 89.39±47.15; middle-dose group in serum testosterone in 30th day , 60th day and 90th day were 355.44±507.32, 303.87±101.26 and 171.51±122.51; low-dose group in serum testosterone in 30th day , 60th day and 90th day were 363.54±86.70, 94.84±121.22 and 98.30±51.94. The results indicated that herbicide Atrazine effected the concentration of serum testosterone in male rats and existed time-effect relationship in 30 d.
