摘要 目的:建立一种聚四氟乙烯消化罐程序升温消解样品的体系,研究和确定原子荧光光谱法测定中药材中砷的方法。方法:采用聚四氟乙烯消化罐程序升温消解样品,氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定中药材中的砷。结果:本方法的线性范围为0~6.0μg.L-1;r=0.9994;检出限为0.026μg.L-1;精密度为1.05%;回收率为95.4%。经与国家颁发的杨树叶标准物质同法操作核对,结果吻合。结论:该方法可广泛用于中药材中砷的测定。 Objective :To establish a method for determination of trace arsenic in Chinese herbal medicine by steam generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry with temperature gradient and acid digestion in polytetra fluoroethylene pot. Methods:Microwave Accelerated Reaction System and Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry were used. Results:The method could quantitatively determine total arsenic in Chinese herbal medicine. The linear range of mercury was 0~6.0μg·L^-1;(r=0.9994);The determination limit of mercury is 0. 026μg·L^-1;the average recovery was 95.4% with RSD 3. 18%. The results obtained in the analysis of known sample were in conformity with the given values. Conclusion:The method can be used for the determination of total arsenic in Chinese herbal medicine.
