摘要
采用辉光放电离子渗氮方法研究了表面氮化对(Tb,Dy)Fe2稀土超磁致伸缩材料的耐腐性能、表面机械性能及磁致伸缩性能的影响。结果发现:通过表面离子渗氮处理,可显著改善材料耐腐性能,材料表面硬度由587 HV提高到622 HV,耐磨性能也大幅提高,并且材料磁致伸缩性能几乎未受影响。研究表明,表面离子渗氮是一种适用于稀土超磁致伸缩材料表面改性的方法。
The effect of ionic nitriding on the surface rigidity, corrosion resistance and magnetostriction of TbDyFe alloys was investigated. Results demonstrated that ionic nitriding could improve considerably the resist corrosion properties of TbDyFe alloys. The surface rigidity of TbDyFe alloys was increased from 587HV to622HVafter nitriding modification. Furthermore, the ionic nitriding process had nearly no effect on the magnetostrictive properties of TbDyFe alloys. The results maybe provide us an approach for surface modification of TbDyFe alloys.
