摘要
合同能源管理项目的有效运作需要法律法规、政策、资金、市场、技术风险防范等机制的整体支持。分析了合同能源管理项目在外部环境、节能技术、市场、组织管理等方面存在的风险,并探讨了应对策略。
Effective execution of contract energy management requires all-sided support in terms of laws and regulations, policies, funds, market and the technological risk prevention mechanism. Thus risks of contract energy management are analyzed in this study which exist in the external environment, energy-saving technologies, market and organizational management, and some strategies are also discussed accordingly.
