摘要
利用原土、羟基铁膨润土和羟基铁铝柱撑膨润土,进行了吸附有机锡废水中COD_(Cr)的试验。研究了膨润土投加量、吸附pH、时间和等温线的变化规律。结果表明,达到吸附平衡的时间为2 h;随着吸附pH由小到大的变化,COD_(Cr)的吸附去除率在一定范围内波动;膨润土的投加量宜大于4 g/L;吸附符合Henry等温式;膨润土的层间距、吸附位的数量及活性是决定对吸附性能的关键因素;吸附容量的大小和吸附作用的强弱顺序为:羟基铁铝膨润土>羟基铁膨润土>原土。
The adsorption of CODcr in organotin wastewater by hydroxyl-Fe, hydroxyl-Fe-Al pillared montmorillonites and the raw montmorillonite was presented in this paper. The factors of sorbent dosage, pH, reaction time and isotherm in adsorption process were studied respectively. The results showed that the adsorption balance could be achieved in 2 hours. The adsorption ratio fluctuated in special ranges with the variety of pH value. The dosage of montmorillonite should be more than 4 g/L. The adsorption isotherm of CODcr was agreed with Henry equation. The interlayer space of montmorillonite beds and quantities of adsorption site played an important role in ad- sorption process. In adsorption of CODcr in the organotin wastewater, the sequence of the amount adsorbed and adsorption affinity is that: hydroxyl-Fe-Al 〉hydroxyl-Fe〉raw montmorillonite.
