摘要
为了解决不同水泥含量乳化冷拌沥青混合料的路用性能与农村公路沥青路面变形相协调的问题,通过试验研究了不同水泥含量的乳化冷拌沥青混合料的强度形成、抗水损害能力和极限变形能力,分析了乳化冷拌沥青混合料在西南山区农村公路建设中的适用性。通过对比分析得出:在相同条件下,随着水泥含量的增加,乳化冷拌沥青混合料的强度形成过程加快、抗水损害能力增加、极限变形能力减小。不含或少含水泥的乳化冷拌沥青混合料更适用于低强度(模量)路基和基层、大变形沥青面层的农村公路。
To get the accordance between pavement performance of emulsified cold asphalt mixture with dif ferent cement content and deformation of rural highway pavement, strength formation, resistance to moisture damage, and ultimate deformation capacity of emulsified cold asphalt mixture are experimented. The application of emulsified cold asphalt mixture to rural highway in southwest mountain area is discussed. Through experiment and analysis, the conclusions are arrived at: under the same condition, and with more cement content, the emulsified asphalt mixture has more quick strength formation, better resistance to moisture damage, but worse ultimate deformation capacity. To suit larger pavement deformation, therefore the emulsified cold asphalt mixture without or with lower cement content is more appropriate to rural highway pavement with low strength roadbed and base course.
