摘要
用无皂乳液聚合法一步制备了聚苯乙烯/表面有机化二氧化硅(PS/SiO_2)纳米杂化材料,采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)以及热分析(TGA-DSC)等对材料的核-壳结构进行了表征,表明PS/SiO_2纳米杂化材料为平均粒径在60 nm左右的良好分散圆球。利用四球机考察了添加剂在菜籽油中的摩擦学性能。结果表明,合成的PS/SiO_2纳米杂化材料能提高菜籽油的抗磨性能及承载能力,并能降低摩擦系数,其最佳用量为1.0%。
polystyrene/surface organically modified silica (PS/SiO2) nano-hybird composite is synthesized through “one-step”soap-free emulsion polymerization. The resulting composite with core-shell structure is characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and thermal analysis (TGA-DSC). The PS/SiO2 is well-dispersed spherical-shaped nano-particle with diameter of about 60nm. The effect of the PS/SiO2 nano-hybrid composite as additive on the tribological properties of rap oil is examined using a four-ball friction and wear tester. As the results showing, the PS/SiO2 nano-hybrid composite as the additive is effective in improving the steel-to-steel load-carrying capacity, anti-wear ability and friction coefficient of rap oil. The optimal concentration of the PS/SiO2 in the rap oil is suggested to be about 1.0%, at which the optimized friction-reducing and anti-wear abilities are recorded.
