摘要
指出目前大量应用的DCS因存在的问题而影响了使用效果。说明了基础控制部分实现闭环稳定控制的重要意义。介绍了无模型控制方法及其在大庆石化公司化工二厂丁辛醇装置羰基合成反应器丙烯流量控制中实现闭环稳定控制成功的实例,并提出把现有DCS改造成基于无模型控制方法的DCS的建议,分析了改造的必要性和可能性。
This article describes the problems in the widely used DCS,which affect the system's performance. It highlights the significance of realizing a stable closed loop control for the basic control section.h describes the model-free control method and presents a case history that illustrates how this method was successfully used,as a stable closed loop control method,in controlling the propylene flow in the carbonyl synthesis reactor of a butanol and octanol unit in the No.2 Chemical Plant of Daqing Petrochemical Company.h meanwhile puts forth a proposal to convert the existing DCS to a DCS based on the model-free control method.h analyzes the necessity and possibility of making this conversion.
