摘要
四川大学华西医院是一家拥有近4300张床位的超大型医院。超大型医院对管理是一个严峻的挑战。华西医院以科学发展观为指导,经多年探索创建了医院组织构架模式、"医生跟着病人走"管理模式、规范化科室管理模式以及学科交叉融合模式等,可供大型医院在医院管理实践中借鉴。
West China Hospital of Sichuan university is a super hospital with 4 300 beds. It is a severe challenge to manage a super hospital. This paper expatiated that West China Hospital applied innovation theory to construct hospital organization framework model, “doctor followed patient” model, standardization department management model and interdiscipline collaboration model. These innovation models mentioned in this paper can be used for reference to manage super hospital in practice.
