摘要
以典型生态脆弱区怒江为研究对象,结合怒江水电资源开发与旅游发展的现状,分析了怒江水电开发及旅游开发中存在的问题。在此基础上,研究了怒江水电资源开发与旅游发展的相互关系。研究表明,怒江水电资源的开发可为旅游业的发展提供经济、资源、基础设施建设等方面的支持,但同时也对怒江峡谷的景观及少数民族文化存在不利的影响;而旅游业的发展对于促进怒江水体环境的保护、民族文化资源的整合与优化、提高水电开发的社会综合效应及降低水电开发的风险等都能起到积极的作用,二者良性互动的实现对于怒江地区的发展意义重大。
Taking the typical ecological fragility area of the Nujiang river as example,and in the combination of hydropower and tourism development,the existed problems in the hydropower and tourism development are analyzed.On the base of the analysis,the mutual relationship of hydropower development and tourism development is researched.The research demonstrates that the hydropower development can support the tourism development in the aspects of economy,new tourism resources and infrastructure etc.,but it also has as negative influence to the natural landscape of the Nujiang gorge and the culture of minority nationality.The tourism development can promote the protection of water environment and culture integrity and optimization of minority nationality in the Nujiang river basin,raise the comprehensive benefits of hydropower development and reduces hydropower development risk.The mutual promotion of hydropower development and tourism development has important significance for the development in the Nujiang river basin.
