摘要
目的探讨产生产后出血的主要原因及有效的预防措施。方法回顾性分析2003～2006年本院68例产后出血的，临床资料，小结其产后出血的原因。结果产后出血的主要原因：宫缩乏力占62．5％，胎盘因素占22．8％，软产道裂伤占11．8％，凝血功能障碍占2．9％。结论宫缩乏力是产后出血发生的主要原因，做好预防措施及采取科学的处理方法可有效的挽救产妇生命。
Objective To investigate the main reasons have postpartum hemorrhage, do preventive measures, the timely processing of science. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2003 to 2006, 68 patients in the hospital postpartum hemorrhage clinical data. Results Uterine atony accounted for 62,5%,22.8% of placental factors, soft-Road laceration 11.8%,coagulation dysfunction 2.9% Conclusion Uterine atony postpartum bleeding is the main reason.
