摘要
目的探讨中药蛇参洗液对留置尿管患者预防泌尿系统逆行感染的效果,从而推动中医中药在临床护理中的应用。方法将120例留置尿管患者按住院单双号随机分为蛇参洗液组和碘伏稀释液组各60例,治疗组采用蛇参洗液行尿道口抹洗,对照组采用0.05%稀释碘伏液行尿道口抹洗,抹洗后每2 d观察记录1次患者有无膀胱刺激症、发热等,每6 d留取1次尿管中中段尿进行细菌培养,观察比较两组泌尿系感染发生率。结果蛇参洗液组泌尿系感染发生率为2%,碘伏稀释液组泌尿系感染发生率为15%,经检验,χ2=4.90,P<0.05,两组比较差异具有统计学意义。结论中药蛇参洗液对留置尿管患者预防泌尿系逆行感染效果确切,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of Sheshen Lotion in preventing retrograde infection in urinary system with detained urinary canal so as to popularize the use of TCM in clinical nursing care. Methods 120 patients with detained urinary canal were equally assigned in odd and even numbers into two groups： in the Sheshen group, Sheshen Lotion was used to swab urethral orifice, while in the control group, 0.05% diluted iodophor solution was used to swab the orifice. Such symptoms as irritative symptoms of bladder and fever were recorded once every two days. The urine was sampled once every six days for culturing. The incidences of infections in urinary system were compared between the two groups. Results The infection rates in Sheshen group and control group were 2% and 15%, with significant difference （X^2=4.90, P〈0.05）. Conclusion Sheshen Lotion is effective in preventing the retrograde infection in urinary system with detained urinary canal. It is worth popularizing.
