摘要
以杂交水稻5个优势亲本的成熟胚为材料,研究继代培养添加铜元素对籼稻成熟胚组织培养的影响。结果表明:铜元素能够有效地降低愈伤组织褐化率、提高愈伤组织分化频率;不同品种对同一铜元素浓度或同一品种对不同铜元素浓度反应差异很大。
Effects of mature embryo tissue culture of Indica rice in subculture period with the addition of copper was given in this paper by using five fertilizing parents lines of mature embryo as explants. The result indicate that：the browning frequency of callus is reduced and the differentiation frequency is improved greatly;different varieties respond differently to different concentration copper and the same varieties respond differendy to different concentration copper.
