摘要
较系统地介绍了植物抗虫基因的来源及遗传转化方法,提出了抗虫基因工程潜在的问题及解决途径,并对抗虫转基因植物的前景作了展望。
In this review,we systematically introduced some insect-resistance genes derived from bacteria and plants and other being living,and focus primarily on the methods of genetic transformation. The problems and finding a way out of the problem,and the future development in engineering of insect-resistance plant are discussed.
