术芍颗粒质量标准研究

摘要 目的建立术芍颗粒的质量标准。方法采用TLC法对处方中的甘草和平地木进行定性鉴别;应用HPLC对方中芍药苷进行含量测定,制定合理的含量下限。结果本品定性鉴别薄层色谱特征明显,专属性强;本品中芍药苷在0.316~1.580μg内线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.64%,RSD=1.24%。本品中芍药苷含量下限为0.43%。结论薄层色谱鉴别和含量测定方法准确可行,重复性好,可有效地控制术芍颗粒的质量。 OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Zhushao granules. METHODS Radix Glycyrrhizae and Herba Ardisiae Japonicae were identified by TLC; HPLC was used to determine paeoniflofin content, and the reasonable lower limit of the content was established. RESULTS The chromatogram for identification by TLC was distinct and hightly specific. A good linear relationship was obtained in a range of paeoniflorin concentrations from 0.316 μg to 1. 580 μg (r = 0.999 9), The average recovery was 98.64%, RSD was 1.24% ; The lower limit of the content of paeoniflorin was 0.43%. CONCLUSION The methods of TLC identification and quantification were accurate, realizable and reproducible and can be used effectively for the quality control of Zhushao granules.
