摘要
中厚板进行调质处理的钢种有高强钢、压力容器和锅炉用钢、耐磨钢及油罐钢等,影响钢板淬火质量的关键因素是加热温度,保温时间,冷却条件,钢板头部、尾部和板角质量,喷淋水等。济钢应充分发挥新上调质线的作用,开发高强度结构钢、压力容器钢、低合金结构钢和耐磨耐候钢,增强济钢在高端产品上的国际竞争力。
Medium plate steel types needing quenching-and-tempering include high tensile steel, pressure vessel steel, boiler steel, wear resistant steel and oil tank steel etc. The key factors which affect quenching and tempering quality of plates are heating temperature, holding time, cooling conditions, the head, tail and angle of plate, spray water and so on. Jinan steel should exert the function of quenching and tempering production line that was equipped, develop high tensile structural steel, pressure vessel steel, low-alloy structural steel and wear-resistant and atmosphere corrosion resisting steel for enhancing Jinan steel' s international competitive power in high-end products.
