摘要
采用纸片法和二倍试管稀释法研究了动物专用药物奥比沙星对6种水生生物病原菌(大肠埃希菌、嗜水气单胞菌、产酸克雷伯菌、鱼害黏球菌、荧光假单胞和金黄色葡萄球菌)的体外抗菌效果和最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果表明,奥比沙星对这几种水生生物病原菌表现为中度和高度敏感,MIC最低可低于0.125μg/mL。奥比沙星对上述病原菌抑菌效果好,通过进一步的临床疗效研究,可望作为治疗水生生物细菌性疾病的抗菌新药。
Paper disk method and tube dilution method were used to determine the effect of antibiosis in vitro and MIC of Orbifloxacin on pathogenic bacteria (E. coli ,aeromonas hydrophila, Klebsiella oxytoca, Myxococcus piscicola, P. Fluorescens, Staphylococci) of aquatic. The results showed that these aquatic pathogenic bacteria were midrange sensitive or hyper sensitive to Orbifloxacin, the lowest MIC belowed 0. 125 μg/mL. Owe to the excellent bacteriostasis of Orbifloxacin on pathogenic bacteria of aquatic, it can be used as a new drug of antibiotics after further research of clinical therapeutic research.
