摘要
为了提高主轴回转误差的检测精度,在原有的三点法检测对主轴回转误差和圆度误差分离的基础上,引入了振动的位移误差量,提出对主轴的回转误差量进行二次误差分离的思想,建立了基于三点法的主轴回转误差二次误差分离的数学模型。通过采用加速度传感器拾取振动的加速度信号,由此推导出振动位移误差信号,并将此误差信号从回转误差中去除。
For improving the measuring precision of axis turning error, this paper presents the secondary error separation technique from axis turning error on the basis of three - points measuring, and also introduces modeling of the secondary error separation. By way of introducing acceleration sensors to get axis vibrating acceleration signal, therefore the axis vibrating displacement can be obtained and further removed from axis turning error based on three -points measuring.
