摘要
通过对目前山西节能现状和未来经济发展形势的把握,从地区经济增长方式、产业结构变动、能源消费结构等方面入手,概括出现阶段山西实现节能目标的难点和关键制约因素,有针对性地提出确保"十一五"节能目标实现的措施建议。
The article, based on the current situation and future economic development in Shanxi and considering the regional mode of economic growth, industrial structural changes and the structure of energy, consumption, introduces the difficulties and key factors restricting the achievement of energy - saving in Shanxi at present and gives some specific suggestions guarantee the achievement in the ＂Eleventh Five - year Plan＂ .
