摘要
用UNIFAC法计算脂肪酸二元低共熔体液固平衡相图。测其凝固点,绘出实测相图。测出比热及相变潜热,并进行50次冻熔实验。证明该蓄冷剂过冷度小,凝固时不分层,可逆性好。对UNIFAC法某些参数进行修正后,计算相图与实测相图符合较好。
Binary solid liquid equilibrium phase diagrams of three fatty acids were calculated with the use of UNIFAC method and the equilibrium phase diagrams mentioned above were measured experimentally. After modifying some parameters of UNIFAC model, agreement between the calculated results of the modified model with experimental data is good. Solid and liquid specific heat and latent heat of materials were also tested. The results show that this materiaes freeze easily with little or no subcooling, so it is of no need to select nucleating agents with them. A new kind cool storage material composed of a binary eutectic mixture of fatty acids was presented. It freezes at 4.6℃ and the latent heat of melting is 152kJ/kg. Fifty freezing melting cycles demonstrated that this material has good reversible performance.
