草莓茎尖培养快繁技术研究 被引量:15

摘要 以童子一号草莓为试材,对草莓葡匐茎茎尖进行组织培养,筛选出低成本下草莓诱导分化培养基、继代增殖培养基分别为:MS+BA0.5mg/L、MS+BA0.5mg/L,瓶外生根最佳生长调节剂浓度为IBA800mg/L,在温度20~30℃、光强为4000~10000lx、湿度为85%~95%时,组培苗生根性状良好。此方法繁殖的无毒苗,移栽成活率可达99%,每株成本也下降了75%。 Taking the strawberry variety ‘Tongzi 1' as the material , cultivating meristem of the strawberry's stolon, the strawberry induction different.iation culture medium and the generation of multiplication culture medium can be screened under the low cost as follows:MS+BA 0.5 mg/L and MS+BA 0. 5 mg/L. The best conditioner density to grow to take root outside the bottle was IBA 800 mg/L. when the temperature was 20-30℃, the luminous intensity was 4 000- 10 000 lx, the humidity was 85%-95%, the condition of the cultivating seedling to take root would be good. This non -toxic seedling reproduced by this method could be transplanted and the survival rate would reach 99%, the individual plant's cost will fall 75%.
