摘要
以PVC、NBR为主要原料,加入硫化剂、发泡剂及其他助剂经动态硫化法制备了密度较低的NBR/PVC发泡材料。研究了橡塑比变化、硫磺用量、发泡剂用量、促进剂用量及填料用量对NBR/PVC发泡材料性能及泡孔结构的影响,结果表明:当NBR:PVC质量比为70:30、硫磺用量为0.8份、发泡剂用量为9份、促进剂TT与CZ质量比为1:2时,发泡材料的综合性能最佳。
With PVC and NBR as major raw materials, in the addition of curing agent, foaming agent and other addtives, low density NBR/PVC foamed material was prepared by means of dynamic vulcanization. The effects of the composition ratio of NBR/PVC, the contents of sulfur, foaming agent, accelerator and filler on the property of NBR/PVC foamed material and the foam structure were studied. The results showed the overall property of the NBR/PVC foamed material was the optimtun when the ratio of NBR/PVC was 70: 30, the content of sulfur was 0.8 phr, that of foaming agent was 9 phr and the mass ratio of TT/CZ of accelerator was 1 : 2.
