摘要
民法学的教学方法一直是每一个民法教师思考的重要问题。正确运用案例教学的方法,可以提高学生综合运用民法理论的能力。教师在案例教学实践中应注意课前要做好充分的准备,课堂中精心编排教学程序,并运用法律关系分析法进行讲授,这样才能达到良好的教学效果,提高学生的实践能力和法律综合素质。
The Civil Law teaching method is always the important thing pondered by teachers of Civil Law. Correct application of case study can improve students′ comprehensive ability of applying civil law theory into practice. In teaching, teachers should make full preparations before class, arrange teaching procedure meticulously, and adopt legal relationship analysis. Only in this way can we achieve good teaching result and improve student＇s practical abilities and the legal comprehensive quality.
