摘要
本文建立了用于温度传感器动态校准的两种阶跃温度发生装置,提出了传感器动态重复性与动态线性度的计算方法,介绍了用数字滤波器改善温度传感器动态性能的设计方法,并对BTS—100型PN结温度传感器进行了动态校准和动态性能改进的实验研究,给出了实验结果。
Two unit step temperature generators for the dynamic calibration of temperature transducers are developed in this paper.Based on a lot of dynamic calibration experiments,the calculation methods of dynamic repeatability and linearity of transducers are presented.The method of improving the dynamic performance of temperature transducers by means of the digital filter is described.All experimental results of the dynamic calibration and the dynamic performance improvement of a PN temperature transducer (model: BTS-100) are given.
