摘要
高职院校图书馆除了加强内部资源配置外，更要注重图书馆外部资源的发掘与利用。挖掘与整合图书馆的内外资源，是建设高职院校图书馆的重要措施之一。文章分析了高职院校图书馆资源配置中存在的主要问题,并就整合图书馆的内外资源提出了一些对策与建议。
Besides building the inside resources of college libraries, the resources outside the libraries should be excavated and used too. How to excavate and rearrange the resources of the libraries inside and outside is one of the important measures in the development of the college libraries. This article puts forward some countermeasures and proposals in light of this.
