三维彩色超声对局灶性肾梗塞的诊断价值(附2例报告) 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨三维彩色超声在局灶性肾梗塞中的应用。方法回顾性分析2例肾梗塞病例的超声图像,二维超声对肾脏探查均无异常,后用三维容积探头对肾脏进行三维灰阶成像,发现肾梗塞的部位和面积,使用三维彩色血流成像和多普勒能量三维成像对肾血管进行观察,初步确定病变部位的血管。结合文献进行报道。结果三维灰阶成像能清晰显示梗塞的部位和面积,三维血流成像能初步判定病变的血管和病变的部位。结论三维彩色超声对局灶性肾梗塞有较好的诊断价值。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of three-dimensional color doppler on focalized renal infarction. Method Ultrasound images were retrospectively reviewed for two cases of focalized renal infarction. Although two dimensional sonography could not find any abnormality, three dimensional volume dependent probe could detect the location and area of renal infarction with three dimensional grayscale imaging. Infarcted vessels were identified by the colorful blood flow imaging and doppler energy imaging.Results Characteristics of renal infarction can be clearly revealed by three-dimensional color doppler, abnormal vessels and areas could be initial detected by three-dimensional blood flow imaging.Conclusion The three-dimensional color doppler provides more diagnostic assistance on focalized renal infarction.
