摘要
基于PVC(利、量、持续力)三维模型,通过对服装企业管理中的财务、商务流程等主要元素的分析,结合案例剖析的形式,依据企业现状结合内外环境制定战略目标、实施计划进行企业表现(竞争力)和PVC系统因果链分析,力求为服装企业提供可持续发展管理方案,提高企业的市场竞争力.
Based on PVC (profit, volume and continuity) three-dimensional model, main elements of financial and business process in the management of fashion enterprises are analyzed through case study. According to the current situation of enterprises and the internal and external environment, strategic goal and starting plan are established to make analysis of causal chain between enterprise performance (competitiveness) and PVC system. Sustainable managerial solution for fashion enterprises is provided to enhance the market competitiveness.
