从肺癌患者胸腔积液中分离出睾丸酮丛毛单胞菌一例 被引量:4

摘要 睾丸酮丛毛单胞菌(comanmonas testosteroni)是以雄酮为惟一碳源的细菌,是丛毛单胞菌属(eomanmonas)的一个种,为条件致病菌,可引起呼吸道等部位的感染。国外已有从血液、脓液、尿液和呼吸道分泌物等临床标本分离出该菌的报道,我们从1例肺癌患者胸腔积液中分离出睾丸酮丛毛单胞菌,现报告如下。
